That keeps the schedule moving and puts one company in charge of the whole bathroom, with licensed trades on every part of the work.
Our bathroom remodeling process
- Free consultation: we visit, measure and talk through what you want from the space and your budget.
- Design and written estimate: you get a layout and an itemized written estimate before you sign.
- Selections: you choose tile, fixtures, vanity, glass and finishes, and we track each one.
- Permits and scheduling: we pull the permits and schedule each phase and inspection.
- Construction: demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass, vanity and trim, with regular updates from your project lead.
- Final walkthrough: we walk the finished bathroom with you and complete any punch-list items.
What does a bathroom remodel cost in the Triad?
We price every bathroom after we see it, because the cost depends on the room and what you choose. The biggest factors are:
- The size of the bathroom and how much tile goes on the walls and floor
- Keeping fixtures where they are versus moving plumbing

Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common bathroom projects. We remove the tub, rework the plumbing and build a waterproofed tile shower with glass.
Can you make a bathroom safer for aging in place?
Yes. We add grab bars, shower benches, handheld showers and low-profile shower bases, and can widen the shower so it is easier to step into.
What if you find damage behind the walls?
Older bathrooms often hide leaks, soft subfloor or old wiring. We show you what we found, explain the fix and agree on it with you before going further.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. When your bathroom needs plumbing, electrical or structural permits, we pull them and schedule the inspections.
