This bathroom renovation was way over due as is obvioius at first glance. We began this restoration by demolishing the vanity, sink, toilet, and flooring. Removal of the drop ceiling was a must. The lighting fixtures all required replacement by our qualified electrician. A new ceiling was finsihed with drywall and painted a fresh white. We installed beadboard on the walls with a custom built niche in one wall to provide shelves for decorations. Soon our licensed plumber arrived to rough in the new plumbing fixtures. After a fresh coat of paint on the bead board, we installed the vinyl flooring. The bathroom vanity was installed with a granite top and new vessel sink. Then faucet was picked to compliment the vessel type sink. A new linen cabinet is installed beside the vanity to provide additional storage. Our plumber then returned to complete the installation of the toilet and connect the lavatory vessel sink drain and faucet. This bathroom remodel was then completed with custom built extra long towel racks stained to match wood in the cabinetry.
